The unmarked Zack latched on a through pass from A. Thamil Arasu and hit the ball past goalkeeper Mohd Nasril Mat Nourdin.

The Perak strike force, led by former international Akmal Rizal, failed to make an impact in his partnership with Mohd Fazrul Hazli.
In the 43rd minute, Zack injured his back and he was replaced by Wan Zaharul Nizam.
After the breather, Perak surged forward in search of the equaliser and they were rewarded five minutes before full time.
